400;\">Mi nombre es Soomai (se pronuncia \u201cSumai\u201d). Soy suiza, nacida y criada en La-Chaux-de-\nFonds, con ra\u00edces en Camboya y Hong Kong. Dej\u00e9 las monta\u00f1as hace unos 10 a\u00f1os y he estado\nviviendo donde el sol me lleva.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 m\u00e1s puedo contar sobre m\u00ed? Amo el yoga. 400;\">El yoga lleg\u00f3 a mi vida en 2012, durante un momento desafiante cuando trabajaba en Camboya. Desde entonces, me ha fascinado y transformado mi vida de maneras que nunca imagin\u00e9. Me llev\u00f3 a tomar una decisi\u00f3n que cambi\u00f3 mi vida: dejar atr\u00e1s una carrera que una vez am\u00e9 en los asuntos humanitarios y pol\u00edticos, trabajando con ni\u00f1os afectados por conflictos armados en las Naciones Unidas, y dedicarme por completo al yoga y el bienestar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El yoga es mucho m\u00e1s que una pasi\u00f3n o un camino para vivir m\u00e1s cerca de mi verdadero ser. Estaba asistiendo a un retiro de yoga en su escuela, sin saber que estaba\na punto de vivir una sesi\u00f3n de respiraci\u00f3n cham\u00e1nica que cambiar\u00eda mi vida. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esa sesi\u00f3n abri\u00f3\nmis ojos a la inmensidad de lo que soy y a las limitaciones que yo misma me hab\u00eda impuesto, en\nsu mayor\u00eda por el deseo de complacer a los dem\u00e1s. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta experiencia despert\u00f3 en m\u00ed el deseo\nprofundo de seguir explorando la respiraci\u00f3n consciente, lo que me llev\u00f3 a estudiar diferentes t\u00e9cnicas,\nespecialmente t\u00e9cnicas de respiraci\u00f3n suave.
