My name is Soomai and one of my greatest passions is creating and holding space for others. In a world often filled with expectations, limitations and pressures, I realized the importance of creating a space just for myself. A safe space guided by kindness and compassion, where I could stop rushing, pause, breathe, listen and nurture myself. A space where I could detach myself from what doesn’t belong to me (responsibilities, traumas, relationships), so I could evolve with consciousness, authentically and lovingly.
Today, I invite you into this safe space. A place where everyone is welcome, no matter your experience, background, shape, or where you are on your personal journey.
Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and Janzu water therapy, I offer you a space to explore, feel and grow freely, without judgment. Whether through stillness or movement, this is a space to embrace your emotions, honor your experiences and cultivate self-awareness and self-love.
You’re encouraged to move at your own pace, letting mindfulness and consciousness guide you. As a globetrotter and traveler, this space is hybrid. Whether we’re together in person in Menorca, Spain or you’re joining from afar through the Online Studio or immersing yourself in a retreat. There is always a way for us to connect.
