I invite you to join me on the mat and discover a space that already exists within you – a space of peace from which you can live each day. I offer yoga practices grounded in the awareness of the body, breath, mind, and energy. I invite you to explore the potential of your being through the practice of asanas (physical postures), pranayamas (breathing techniques), mental stillness, mudras, and vairagya (non-attachment). Each of my classes is designed to align breath with movement, cultivate awareness, and set intentions that support personal growth, healing, and a deeper connection to oneself and the world around us.
My practices can be adapted to anyone’s level. Whether it is your first class, or you need special attention for a condition, I will be there to support your journey.
Available online & in person (Menorca, Spain):
Hatha Yoga is a classical form of yoga that emphasizes the foundation of physical practice through asanas (physical postures) and pranayama (breathing). The term Hatha is derived from the Sanskrit words Ha (sun) and Tha (moon), representing the balance between opposing energies—strength and flexibility, activity and relaxation, the masculine and feminine forces within us. Through this practice, I invite you to explore balance, alignment, and flexibility through steady and mindful movement, harmonizing the dynamic energy of the sun with the calm energy of the moon. In this class, we will hold poses for 4 to 8 breaths, allowing you to build strength and flexibility while also focusing on breath awareness.
Hatha Vinyasa combines elements of both Hatha yoga and Vinyasa yoga. Each of these styles has its own characteristics, and when blended together, they create a practice that incorporates the precision and alignment focus of Hatha with the fluidity and dynamic movement of Vinyasa. During this session, we will explore your energetic, physical and mental potential as we mindfully hold poses for moments of stillness and introspection to promote mental focus and relaxation, and then flow in those same poses through dynamic sequences led by the breath.
I love working with chakras, and I enjoy sharing this class with a bit more philosophy than the others. The concept of chakras comes from ancient Indian traditions and is associated with the idea that there are 7 main energy centers along the spine, each corresponding to specific physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of an individual’s well-being. Based, on a hatha-vinyasa style, each class will focuses on a specific chakra and balance its energy through movements of the physical body and the mind. You will also be invited to use some pranayamas, mudras, mantras and chanting to move the energy, and promote relaxation and internal peace.
Based on a vinyasa style, I share this Yang yoga practice in a more dynamic and active form that emphasizes explosive and static strength. In duality with Yin yoga, which focuses on slow, passive poses and deep stretching, Yang yoga practices involve standing postures, flows, and sequences designed to generate heat and energy in the body. During this class, you will be invited to activate your inner power by incorporating challenging poses that target different muscle groups, helping to build strength, particularly in the core, arms, and legs. This practice will lead you to stay present and to connect mind and body.
A cocooning moment on your mat. In a fast-paced lifestyle that often puts pressure on our nervous system. Yin yoga aims to slow down, staying close to the ground to explore the corners of consciousness through deep passive stretching, slow breaths and relaxation. During this session, we will focus on finding the edge through the length of the poses and breath. Influenced by traditional Chinese medicine, Yin yoga targets the body’s meridians, aiming to improve the flow of energy through these pathways. The meditative aspect of Yin yoga can support stress reduction and promote relaxation and flexibility.
Yoga was traditionally taught 1-on-1. A more modern teaching style in the West has made group classes more popular. For those who prefer a more traditional and personalized practice, private yoga sessions offer dedicated attention and tailored approach to meet your unique needs. Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice, address specific physical conditions, or simply enjoy a quiet, focused experience, these 1-on-1 sessions are designed to provide you with the space to connect with yourself at your own pace.
Make your special event even more memorable by adding the calming and rejuvenating benefits of yoga. Whether it’s a birthday, family/friends reunion, graduation, bachelorette party, or any other celebration, yoga brings a unique, peaceful touch to your gathering.
Employee wellness is key to driving the success of your company. In today’s fast-paced and demanding work environment, it’s essential for leaders to prioritize the wellbeing of their teams. Incorporating yoga into the workplace is an effective way to support your employees’ physical and mental health. Just one yoga session a week can help reduce stress, enhance focus, and boost creativity, ultimately fostering a more productive and balanced work environment.
